How mail-in works

  1. Get your quote first. Tell us the device and the problem through the repair page intake form. You'll get a clear quote before anything ships — if it's not worth fixing, we'll tell you that too.
  2. Pack it like you mean it. Wrap the device in bubble wrap or a towel, box it snug so it can't rattle, and include a note with your name, phone number, and what's wrong. Ship to the address we send with your quote — USPS, UPS, or FedEx, your choice.
  3. We repair and test. Your device hits the bench, gets fixed with quality parts, and is fully tested before it leaves. You'll get a text or email when it's done.
  4. It ships back. Packed right, tracked, and headed home. 90-day parts & labor warranty on every mail-in repair, same as walk-ins.

What it costs

Same starting prices as in-shop: phone screens from $89, batteries from $69, charging ports from $79, console HDMI from $109, $35 diagnostic credited toward your repair. You cover shipping both ways — we'll tell you the cheapest option when you get your quote.

Good to know

Your data stays yours. Repairs are hardware-only — we never access your photos, messages, or accounts. That said, backing up before you ship is always smart.
Turnaround. Most repairs ship back within 2–3 business days of arrival, often faster when parts are already on hand.
Not worth it? If the quote comes back higher than the device is worth, we'll say so straight — no bench fee games.
